Shipping 

Due to supply-chain shortages, shipping backups and other COVID-19 related-issues, orders may take 10-16 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.

Shipping rates are calculated based on current USPS retail ship rates. Sales tax is calculated based on "ship from" location of Alameda County (CA).

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Returns

We are grateful for your purchase. Know that each shirt is customized with love and care. Because these are custom shirts, all sales are final. We will, however, exchange sizes if item(s) does not fit properly. (Some restrictions apply, see below for details.)

If your item is defective (ex: hole in shirt, irregular stitching, etc.) or if you have received a size other than what your ordered, please contact us for a replacement.


Refunds

Because these items are customized all sales are final


Exchanges (if applicable)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. 

The exchange must be requested within 10 days from delivery date. All exchanges must be approved. Only pre-approved exchanges will be accepted.

You will be responsible for shipping your garment back to us. We will cover the shipping cost to replace your garment.
